Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (days per month and per week, hours per day, city cost tier, number of video calls, confidential-call flag, focus, monitor, hours, weekend, community, storage, printing, parking and accessibility needs, whether home works for calls or focus, whether a library is nearby, prices you type in for day passes, 10-day packs, part-time, hot desk and dedicated desk plans, sign-up fee, commitment months, commute cost, employer stipend, monthly budget, venue type, wifi speed and latency you measured, noise, call space, outlet, chair, hours fit, commute minutes, price per day, your first name, plan of interest, start date, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, employer name or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to coworking spaces, cafes, libraries, booking platforms or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
